After 25 years of development we shifted again the modular construction a step further

It is a modular construction kit of the 21st century, its main piers are fastness, variability, innovative solutions and connection of design with architecture. Each part of this kit is governed by design, but only the interconnection of these elements creates modern modular architecture, which is moreover mobile.

A new stimulus in years of experience with modular construction

A fresh view on modular construction was gained by the designer Adéla Bačová in KOMA MODULAR who the company cooperates on a long-term basis.

The Fashion Line is so a reflection of the young designer’s creativity and a more than 25-year company’s experience with modular construction system.

Our goals for
the future

You can now select and reserve Fashion Line modules from the Relax series in our configurator.

We introduces the first Office modules in Prague. There are designed for larger buildinfs and multi-storey spaces. Thanks to tem, we are able to offer a comprehensice and fast solution for office buildings as well.

We also plan to introduce the Studio modules for smaller businesses and cafes with the option of putting larger buildings together.
