RELAX can be delivered anywhere – to the forest or to the sea.

Yes, the FL Relax range is habitable all year round. The heat transfer coefficient U in the wall is 0.24 W/m2K.
In the case of approval for family housing, you will probably not be satisfied with the layout, for example. We do not recommend FL for these purposes, it is primarily intended for recreation.

Production time is in the order of weeks, assembly in the order of days. However, it depends on the production capacity, so we recommend not to delay with the order (current delivery dates are in one to three months).

This depends on the legislation of the country where you want to build the modules. We will of course provide you with all the necessary technical documentation.

How is the overall ventilation and ventilation in the bathroom handled?

Naturally through the windows and in the bathroom there is a fan. The windows (shop windows) are sliding. The hinged window is only in the bathroom, which is also openable.

How is the heating, water, waste?

FL RELAX has been designed as a comfort range, so the modules are ready for connection to the utility network.
Heating can be selected either by air conditioning, pellet stove or a combination.

Where does the washing machine go?

The washing machine can be placed in the utility room where the preparation is done.

Is there a possibility of electrical connection of TV and PC with printer, internet? Is the electricity supply sufficient for this? How are the sockets positioned?

The whole assembly is protected by 3 phases. We recommend a wireless solution for the Internet. You can find the socket layout in the electroplan.

Can the module be inhabited in winter?

Yes, the modules are designed to keep you comfortable inside even in the winter. You can see the insulation in our technical description:

Can the modules be relocated?

Yes, if you get tired of the view, we can move the module to the other side of the country. That is why Fashion Line can also be built on a rented plot or on a plot where you plan to build in the future.

Can you customize the layout for me?

Unfortunately, this Fashion Line is a serial series, so the layout cannot be changed. If you want a bespoke modular house, we can make it, but from a different product line (more information at info@koma-modular.cz)

Is it possible to connect modules in the future (increase/decrease) and thus change the living area?

We do not currently offer this solution. Fashion Line RELAX are type objects.

Is it an offgrid house?

It’s not. Our Fashion Line is designed for comfortable use, so it is ready to be connected to utilities.

Can I visit the variants somewhere?

Yes, you can.

Is it necessary to have a concrete foundation? What kind of foundations are best?

It’s not.
The Fashion Line can be placed on ground screws (recommended, this is the most environmentally friendly method), concrete strips/heels or a concrete slab – it’s up to you. However, you must ensure that the module is ventilated. Generally though, if you have a well compacted surface that won’t cave in, just underlay in 6 places under each module.

How much does the transport cost?

Transport is always calculated according to the location. The further FL RELAX is transported, the cheaper the price per kilometre (approx. 60 – 200 CZK / 1 km). For an approximate calculation at a distance of 100 – 300 km from Vizovice you can use 90 CZK / 1 km. You have to add to the price the handling with a crane or a car with a hydraulic arm for about 1500,- without VAT/1 hour of work.

The Relax range has glass doors, how is privacy ensured?

The Fashion Line Relax is glass-enclosed so that you are as connected to nature as possible and have a view of the outdoors. For privacy, there are curtains inside that you can close.

What is the purpose of the rounded space on the side of the modules?

The side walls are made of perforated aluminium sheet and are not only a design element, but also a storage space for garden tools, a bicycle or other bulky items. The sidewalls are lockable.
