OUR EXPERIENCE

KOMA MODULAR has been on the market since 1992 and our modules have experienced conditions from the Alps to the Sahara. We put all this experience into Fashion Line – a design place to live.

Self-supporting steel construction

The construction of FL is ready for the toughest conditions in the Austrian Alps and on the Spanish beach.

Zinc-coated profile, lasts forever

We are the only company in the Czech Republic using a zinc-coated profile, which prolongs the life of the frame.

INTERIOR BY YOUR VISIONS

In the interior, you will be welcomed by natural materials that can be customised to your preferences.
Inside you will find everything for a comfortable stay.

LOW ECOLOGICAL FOOTPRINT, HIGH MOBILITY

Thanks to prefabrication, we save the environment, minimise waste and can relocate the building if necessary.
We place the Fashion Line on ground screws that can be removed. We want to plant buildings in nature like trees.

Possibility to disassemble and transport

Have you found a new location for the Fashion Line? No problem, we simply drill the screws and you can relocate the FL.

Foundations without concrete

You don’t need concrete to install the Fashion Line, you just need to secure the ground boreholes. It makes relocation even easier.

Assembly within 3 days

We will install the Fashion Line on your plot in 1 to 3 days with all the trimmings.

Also on rented land

As these buildings can be relocated, you can also build the module(s) on rented land or on a plot of land with a future building project.
